State Farm-bowed out on all the loyal policy holders in FL, when folks needed them! They just let me DOWN, been with them,no claims, drunken driver hit me, and other ins. co was Allstate and NOT ANY better than State Farm. GOING on 6 weeks , 5 in a rental car with mY credit card ringing up interest daily too, and NEITHER OF THEM have offered or given me a rent car, though not my FAULT and I have up to $40 day on my policy for such. What happened to SUbrogation??? Bill Hardison, shame on you and your Statefarm co, in Brunswick, ga as HE was nasty too! BEWARE! The two companies are not the GOOD neighbor, and NOR are you in good hands WHEN in need! They need to lower their rates and have the Best rating ripped from them!

My wife and I have been with USAA for several years and are quite satisfied with our policy. First, their rates are very competitive even though we have had a few claims with them over the years. The claims we have submitted have always been handled quickly and professionally with none of the hassles I have experienced with other insurance companies.

I can say after 4 vehicles, my scion Xb has been BY FAR the cheapest car to insure. Like ridiculously low, not sure why but no complaints here. They also make great cars for teenagers.
